These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Linkter's website, application, and services ("Service"). By creating an account or using Linkter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement to use Linkter. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

Linkter provides an AI-assisted internal linking tool for WordPress websites. The Service includes: automated internal link recommendations, anchor text suggestions, AI-powered content editing (where API keys are connected by the user), and direct publishing to WordPress via our plugin.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Linkter is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Money-back guarantee: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of your initial paid subscription. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before increasing prices for existing subscribers.

4. Your content and data

You retain all ownership rights to your website content. By connecting your WordPress site to Linkter, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Internal links placed on your website by Linkter become part of your website content. These links remain on your site if you cancel your subscription — you are not required to maintain a Linkter subscription to keep the links in place.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Linkter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: use the Service to publish spam, deceptive content, or content that violates any applicable law; attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms; share your account credentials with unauthorised users; or use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

6. Third-party integrations

Linkter integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of those services. Linkter is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Limitation of liability

Linkter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to changes in search engine rankings, loss of traffic, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Linkter in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
